American Airlines AAdvantage eShopping Bonus

American Airlines AAdvantage eShopping mall has a promotion that can earn you some extra miles for making purchases. These miles are in addition to what you already earn. Let’s see the details.

The Offer

During the “Summer Bonus” offer, which runs from 6/8/20 through 6/15/20 at 11:59:59 pm ET, you can earn a one-time bonus of 500 AAdvantage® miles on qualifying purchases, in addition to the standard AAdvantage® miles earned from shopping online through the AAdvantage eShopping mall.

This one-time bonus award will be determined based on Member’s cumulative qualifying purchases made during the Bonus Period.

Earn 500 miles for qualifying purchases of at least $200 or more.

  • Qualifying purchases” do not include returns, cancellations, shipping and handling, taxes, gift card or other cash equivalent purchases, and certain products that are not eligible for bonus miles.
  • Please allow up to 10 weeks after the Bonus Period for bonus miles to post to your AAdvantage eShoppingSM account.

Conclusion

You can earn an extra 500 miles, which works out to an additional 2.5x if you spend exactly $200 through the shopping portal. Make sure you compare with other sites so you get the best deal.
