  1. Mark, I want to say thanks for bringing up the Amazon credit for delayed shipping. I’d never read about it before or since and it’s wonderful to have such a win/win situation.

    • The funny thing is the slow shipping ends up coming almost as fast as 2 day for me a lot of the time too. I rack it up whenever I can 🙂
