Amazon selling returned goods as NEW – Miles Per Day

People returning old items for a full refund is an issue everywhere these days.  My buddy just bought a new ceiling light from Home Depot and when he opened it up there was a light from 1980 in there.  But for a company to send out beat up returned boxes as new is shady for sure.  Especially since Amazon almost never verifies their returned items.

A perfect storm of issues but you would think they would handle it better than this.
