I wonder what time zone is for the site.
The problem was I was trying to buy an OCharleys gift card and it was from PPDG, thanks Mark. I removed it and added a different gift card from svm as a test and the credit card option showed up. Oh Well.
If i buy a non gift card there is an option to pay with credit card but as soon as I add a gift the option goes away and it says this

Couldnt find anyway to pay for the gift cards without using Paypal so code doesnt work Said paying with credit card was not an option. Is there a trick to it?
at checkout pay with credit card was the first option for me. Located directly above the PayPal option
Maybe seller only accepts PayPal?
After you add a gift card to your cart, choose Checkout; the “Pay with” section has a radio button for “Credit or debit card” as well as “Paypal”
If it is a gift card from PPDG I think they only take PayPal
