Conclusion
This is an offer that we have seen in the past and often doesn’t work if you’ve already taken advantage of it. But it’s worth checking if you qualify. You can use just 1 MR point in order to get the $30 discount and it is also working on third party gift cards. Amazon gift cards are excluded.
Let us know if it works for you!

I got same problem as Rinzee:
It shows up, allows me to click to activate, but then doesn’t get applied to the iTunes gift card. Any suggestions?
It shows up, allows me to click to activate, but then doesn’t get applied….
It has to be for an item shipped and sold by Amazon
Got it on one account.
Weird I just used the same Amex card & same Amazon account for $100 off $500 promo this summer, and then get this $30 successfully just now, thanks to your post!
Can you have a single Amex card linked to multiple accounts (and used for ‘cash’ payments on one only, and MR point on the other one)?
They just caaaaaan’t quite activate that promo code.
