Have Your Amazon Package Delivered to Your Garage, Get $10

Amazon Prime has a new delivery option, dropping packages inside your garage. Key for Garage is an expansion of the company’s existing Amazon Key service, which already lets Amazon’s drivers deliver packages directly into your home or the trunk of your car. The new service keeps your packages safe, but might make your home more vulnerable. In order to use the new service, you’ll need a myQ-compatible garage door opener from Chamberlain or LiftMaster. Amazon is also offering a $10 credit for using the new service.

The Offer

Receive a $10 bonus with your first order that is delivered to your garage. It comes in the form of Amazon credit. This limited time offer is available until May 6, 2019.

  1. I recently had a problem with Amazon ‘el cheapo’ delivery method. I live in an urban apartment building that has posted non-residents to be let in by a resident. Amazon delivery people ignore the notice and leave packages out in the open. Initially, it was under the bank of USPS mailboxes and then next to the closed office door. The staff locks the door at 4:30 pm and the Amazon clowns show up later.

Last Holiday season, local TV news station ran video of packages being thrown out of cars or half hazardly on porches. One woman came home to find on camera that the Amazon delivery driver drove through her front yard.
