This is such a strange story.  I wonder if this is the woman who got through security and actually on to a Delta flight a few weeks back?  Either she has some kind of mental illness or thinks she is Leo DiCaprio in Catch Me If You Can or something.

I don’t put a lot of stock in titles at work but it is very strange to not have a senior vice president with loyalty in their title.  These loyalty programs are huge profit centers for the airlines and they are starting to devalue them right and left for their customers.  That will lead to people looking elsewhere.  But this is American we are talking about after all.
