I Accidentally Uncovered a Nationwide Scam on Airbnb – Vice

I explained why I don’t stay at Airbnb often in the past.  To be honest I think their company is complete garbage.  The platform and the idea is brilliant but their customer support, ability to react to anything and their overall culture sucks.  Just look at how unfriendly their gift card policies are.  I compare them to a health insurance company – just deny everything or only give partial refunds so we get our cut.  I wonder if people have had any luck with charge backs on their cards.
