The resort island reminded me of the movie Waterworld. Although this is much nicer.

I thought the floating island idea, while not brand new, is kind of interesting, at least for the mega rich. The company designing it might want to consider a name change, though, since it really doesn’t look very submersible.
Good point. I don’t see how it doesn’t tip over in any type of storm.
