My Thoughts On The Aftermath Of The U.S. Mint Coin Deal – Doctor of Credit
Some interest comments from PFS in the post for people that felt like they were getting a raw deal. I was not able to get the coin because I gave up after a couple of minutes since I thought it sold out already. I didn’t realize no one was getting through the first ten minutes until it was too late.

Thankfully I am passed the stroller age with my kids but if I wasn’t this thing looks pretty sweet.

Hey Mark, not sure why people thought they got a raw deal. People should go into this knowing they are getting a guaranteed return with NO risk. I view PFS as salesmen—they go out and pitch the product; if they can sell for higher, great—bigger “bonus”/”commission” for their efforts; if they sell for less, it is their risk and loss/reduction of profit. I see it as if I have a steady job with a regular paycheck vs having a base salary and hoping I make more by selling—I opt for the steady paycheck. In addition, this is my third round with PFS they have always been timely with responses and payment–doing what they stated.
We have that stroller — just submitted a comment on that post about it. Overall, love it for travel. Not the most durable/strong, though I’m saying that as someone who has had it in 10 countries this year and abused it more than most. Overall, I’m very impressed — just don’t expect to go off-road with it or hang any bags on it and you’ll be thrilled with how compact it is. After getting turned away from a few Ubers with our full-sized stroller last year, this thing has been awesome.
Thanks for the first hand info on it. I am glad to be done with strollers but I wish it was around when I could have used it 🙂 – looks pretty awesome.
