I have long been looking for a 3rd hotel program to add to my favorites of Hyatt and Hilton. I thought it would be Wyndham for a while but they are terrible to deal with and then destroyed the value in their program. As you know Marriott isn’t an option and that left me looking at Radisson. This offer is tempting and I keep going back and forth on whether or not I should grab it.

A terrible change by Chase. I wonder if this was in response to Thomas Cook or WOW Air going under and Chase being stuck holding the bill? Or just looking towards the future maybe? I would think this would be one of the main reasons to have insurance though.

That’s too bad! I just checked and the American Express trip cancellation insurance has the same exclusion. I guess it makes sense that Chase would match Amex’s lower levels of coverage.
