They appear to still be going through accounts painstakingly slow and giving no communication whatsoever to their customers.  That is why Shawn said they are a bad actor in this situation. American has never been known for their customer service so it isn’t surprising.

I wouldn’t call $700 super deals but it is about a $500 drop after adding a ton of extra flights to their routes.  That was good to see. If your team is in it hopefully you bought some of those Super Bowl tickets from Costco.
