Citizens Bank doesn’t have a huge credit card following in our circles, although they do have some niche usefulness.  But I have dealt with them in the past because of bank account bonuses.  It looks like they have been playing a little dirty lately.  If true, hopefully the fine is not just a slap on the wrist like it has been for other banks in the past.
