That’s the best thing Hawaii can do, just wish they started that much earlier to stop the spread from the selfish tourist to the islands. The medical system in Hawaii is far beyond incapable lacking the needed equipment to handle a surge in patients. What that news article does not cover is on top of the 14 your struck to your hotel (paying for room service) if your staying longer everything on the island all non-essential business are closed, food is take out only, all parks & beaches closed, all attractions closed. If you still want to risk your life to travel just to be locked in your hotel room for 2 weeks you will also need to deal with hundreds of protesters holding signs and chanting around the airports and hotels that tourist are not welcome here, go home. If you have not realized by now this is not a time for fun travel stay home, stay put and help this situation gain control, stop moving and spreading it. Don’t disregard all the warnings travel regardless then start crying for help when your trapped overseas or in Hawaii locked in a hotel room for 14 days. Don’t even travel state to state as a domestic travel ban is soon to come then you will cry when your stuck in another state and can’t get your meds or that you must get back to care for your parents etc. Just pay attention to what’s going on and stop your movement, its simple
