Nothing is worse than not being able to get something resolved that you know is wrong.  When every Amex employee you speak to agrees that you deserve the offer but they still won’t issue it there is a problem.  There is nothing more frustrating as a customer than that.  I think front line American Express employees need to be given more authority in situations like this.  HT DoC
