Hi Mark. The SW flight experience was interesting of course. I don’t think though that it helps any situation when everyone has their phones going to record people’s behaviors. No one wants to be caught at their worst moments. People should just take care of themselves and keep things between the lines.
Fair point RJT. I do think it is helpful when there is a dispute to what happened. It works the other way when people film how the crew treats a passenger wrong and the video is the only reason the airline etc. does anything about it. This could help protect the crew if there is any action taken against them. So I can see it both ways I guess.
Living in a “if it’s not on video” world then it didn’t happen…
Perhaps. In any case there was no value to the video at all, other than someone thinking they had to film someone at their worst. It’s a poor reflection on the person that shot the video and that this is what we do in our world.
