I always enjoy stuff like this, why I started my saving for college series, and enjoyed reading Leana’s thoughts and plans.  Hopefully she keeps us updated as the progress goes along.

Use Hilton Points for Amazon Explore, Plus 40% Off on First Experience – Danny the Deal Guru

I find this to be such a weird partnership / promotion for some reason.  First off, it is weird that Amazon is getting into virtual experiences. Then being able to use Hilton Honors points for it…I find the whole thing strange.  Hilton and Amazon have had a partnership using points on the site at a poor value so I guess that is where this came from.  I guess if you have a lot of Hilton Honors points and like virtual tours this could be an option.  Even with the 40% discount it isn’t a great value at $0.0033 per point, below the normal $0.004 floor for Hilton points.
