I hope Vinh takes them to small claims court and reports back. Companies having free reign on your hard earned loyalty points / money and gift cards needs to come to an end. If someone is earning too many points then maybe you need to design a better system / promos.

They should already have a system in place for international travel so it isn’t like they are recreating the wheel here. But interesting to hear him say they don’t wanna have to spend the money or effort essentially. With airlines struggling to just keep their schedule together these days I guess it isn’t all that surprising.

The railway story is really interesting. I wonder how much breathing/oxygen issues you hit at 14,000 feet.
Especially with the current air quality issues in Colorado from the fires etc.
