I wasn’t aware of the discounted iTunes gift card trick since I always auto pay with my Chase Ink Plus for the 5X earning.  That, and the Chase Ink Cash, may be the best options going forward.  You can also buy discounted Netflix gift cards with Amex and Chase Offers at Staples and Lowe’s etc.
