  1. Decent synopsis of the pros and cons of a European cruise. I hadn’t realized until most of the way through that Nancy meant a Mediterranean cruise rather than the increasingly popular river cruises. I see cruises as kin of a restaurant taster menu where you get a small taste of a lot of things so you can figure out which ones you want to come back to in the future.
