  1. 25% were hacked in what way? Without specifics this is meaningless. Generally speaking, unless you accept a fake root certificate, you would be warned that the site has a certificate you do not trust.

  2. VPN company says you need a VPN. Shocking. The 25% number is absurd on its face, as more than 25% don’t even ever access a public wifi, let alone get hacked.

    • Damn, you beat me to it ridiculing Nord. I was going to say something like “VPN company shows unsupported data by a study they did that purports that you need their product. Who knew?” As one small example of the Mark Twain quote on statistics, they could be counting individuals getting hacked during their lifetime rather than per login.
