Conclusion

Conversion rates are not very favorable for most of these hotel programs. SPG could be an option as they transfer to Avios at a rate of 1:1 and you get a 5K bonus for every 20K points you transfer. So if you transfer 20K Starpoints, you would get 25K Avios plus 35% bonus through this promo for a total of 33,750 Avios. But, what conversions are most valuable, will mostly depend on how much you value each currency.
