Apparently this offer is only available if you’ve previously spent something like $5k at Best Buy… according to Amex chat agent… It’s not an “Amex Offer” available to all.
That is the first I have heard of a spending aspect to targeting people but most Amex Offers are YMMV as far as being targeted for it.
