Bilt Rewards Partners with POINT.ME
Bilt revealed today a new partnership that will give Bilt Rewards members the option get even more out of their Bilt Points. Bilt has launched its integration with point.me, a search platform that helps you find better flights for fewer points.
This partnership brings the Bilt Transfer Partners experience powered by point.me directly in the Bilt app. On the other hand, point.me subscribers can now see Bilt Rewards options as part of their existing plan
Launched in February 2022, point.me is the a search tool that makes it easy to discover the best real-time award flight options on 150+ airlines and offers a suite of features to help customers get the most out of their reward points. The team at point.me has simplified reward travel search and booking, making it refreshingly easy to find great deals using points, no matter the loyalty program. It was named as the ‘Best Award Booking Service of 2023′ by Forbes and awarded the 2022 Skift Visionary award.
Point.me – A Powerful Tool
With point.me, you can not only compare all of your points and miles options in the same simple format you’re used to seeing for paid flights, you can also see step-by-step guides and videos on exactly how to choose the best deal, transfer your points, and book your reward flight.
Through the Bilt Transfer Partners experience in the Bilt Rewards app, Bilt members will be able to access rewards flight availability on Bilt partner airlines and loyalty programs in real-time, including rewards flights through American AAdvantage, Aeroplan, Avios, Cathay, Emirates Skywards, Flying Blue, HawaiianMiles, Turkish Miles&Smiles, United Mileage Plus and Virgin Red.
How it Works
To access, login into the app and head to the Bilt “Rewards” screen. Select the “Travel” tab, then “Flights” and toggle to “Transfer Partners” where you can now search award flight availability across all Bilt transfer partners. Use the dropdown menu to select “Economy & Premium Economy” or “Business and First” and enter your preferred flight information. Once you’ve found a flight, you can transfer points directly within the Bilt app.
Bilt’s point.me integration will take the often time-consuming process of booking rewards travel and make it easy for members, seamlessly delivering the best flight options with clear booking instructions, all within the Bilt Rewards app.

Just an update, they just refunded me my $25 initial fee that I paid over a month ago for the award search just now.
I don’t want to be over critical with them but I honestly think if you can’t get back to a client within a day or two then you shouldn’t offer a service. A lot of companies provide award booking services and I just don’t think that is of interest to them anymore. Imagine paying a company a fee and them taking almost a month to get back to you. That isn’t realistic.
Does anyone know the story behind the changes of Juicy Miles and Point.me? I assume some bigger entity bought them. Usually when that happens, the bigger company screws things up.
I used to love Juicy Miles and used them several times for award booking and they were great. Also, I paid the monthly fee for search and it was robust and included a lot of airlines. You can do a 3 day search and it was powerful. Now it mostly pulls up garbage flights that cost a ton. I typically can find better deals just going to airline sites which defeats the purpose of paying a monthly subscription fee.
So, they are giving away point.me access to anyone with Bilt app? Why would anyone pay for subscription now? Interesting business model
Points.me is pretty useless now. They used to be amazing when it was Juicy Miles. The search engine was much stronger, included more airlines and customer service was quick. Now they such!
I sent in a request and paid the $25 initial fee over a month ago and they still haven’t responded. When I sent in an inquiry asking what is going on with my request, they said they are inundated since the holidays.
I just want a refund for the $25 fee I paid for the award booking service. They have gone downhill fast. Avoid.
