Bilt Teams Up with Virtuoso to Offer Exclusive Benefits

Bilt announced on Wednesday a partnership with Virtuoso® to offer a new feature for Bilt Rewards members, the Bilt Home Away from Home platform.

The new platform is similar to Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) or The Edit by Chase, giving top elites addiitonal perks when booking eligible stays. That includes:

  • Room upgrade upon arrival (subject to availability at check-in)
  • Daily breakfast for two
  • Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability at check-in)
  • Exclusive $100 food & beverage credit (at select hotels)
  • Additional benefits at select properties

Home Away from Home is available immediately for our Platinum and Gold members.

Bilt says that they’re working on bringing you hotels that aren’t just places to stay, but cultural institutions that embody the spirit of their neighborhoods – from the iconic Harry’s Bar at Cipriani® in Venice to the rooftop oasis at La Mamounia® in Marrakech.

Just recently Bilt also revealed that it will move its credit card portfolio to Cardless and launching two more products in early 2026.

  1. I’m a Bilt fan/user since the beginning, but their rewards service support is frustratingly bad.

Please advise your followers that Bilt deals with account management / points issues via … EMAIL. No phone, not even chat support (except to fob it off to email). I’m writing this as I’m waiting (over an hour) for a email response to a simple fix. Points earning is great, support is awful.
