Do we have to “book” by Nov 15th for Bonus Journeys?? I thought it was just register by Nov 15th?

Can someone give examples of where this discount code is working? I went and tried it on my existing reservations for that period and the rates did not change at all. I guess mathematically, 0% and “up to 20%” can be the same thing…
