Conclusion
Capital One revealed today three new transfer partners. The most interesting here is Japan Airlines. Bilt is the only other program that transfers directly to Japan Airlines, Capital One gives you another option to get more miles through welcome bonuses and everyday spend.
Avios are easier to come by, so the addition of Qatar Airways Privilege Club is not as exciting. The same goes for I Prefer Hotel Rewards which has a transfer ratio of 1:2, compared to 1:4 offered by Citi.
