45 Day Guarantee Only!
CardCash only guarantees their cards for 45 days. From time to time cards purchased from CardCash do go bad. They have always done a good job of guaranteeing cards within the 45 day window, however I would not buy a card unless you have an immediate use.
Conclusion
Some decent discount if you have any immediate purchases planned at either one of these merchants. In case you haven’t been paying attention lately, you no longer earn 5X with Chase Ink cards through PayPal. Read Mark’s post for a few options to still earn 3X or 5X at CardCash and other gift card resellers.
Just keep their guarantee policy in mind and you should be fine.

Personally, I find the 45 day guarantee appalling. I’d “guarantee” that if you use these guys frequently, you’ll run into a problem. Shockingly, they don’t even check to see if your card is good before they sell it to you. On two occasions, I bought gift cards that were drained before they were even sold to me! Who the heck would run a business like that? Most gift card resellers give you a more plausible 100 day guarantee, and I think Raise now gives you a year. Do business there.
