Chase Marriott Upgrade Bonuses Not Posting Properly
When the new Chase Marriott Rewards Premier Plus Credit Card came out, existing cardholders were given the option to upgrade. Along with that upgrade they were offered a bonus, mostly between 20,000 and 50,000 Marriott Rewards points.
Doctor of Credit reports that many people who received these offers and upgraded, have already received the bonus, but not the full amount. They’re only receiving a 10,000 bonus instead of the 20,000 to 50,000 that was promised in the upgrade bonus offer.
Conclusion
If you upgraded to the Chase Marriott Rewards Premier Plus card, then make sure you check your account to see if you were credited the full amount. If not, then message Chase and ask for the remaining balance.
Some people that have contacted Chase already are saying that reps have assured them that they will get the full amount, so there’s no need to freak out. Just make sure to ask for your points.
