Analysis
This is a great offer on this card and 75,000 United miles are pretty valuable, although not as valuable as before. This is the highest offer we have seen for this card.
Since this card is subject to 5/24, you will want to keep that in mind when applying.
Conclusion
Overall this is a very good offer for United travelers and those invested in the MileagePlus program. I personally would look at all Chase business cards before applying to make sure this is the one you want at the moment, but if it fits within your plans and you were targeted, then this is no doubt a good deal.

I applied a few days ago for this and got accepted.

I had a 75k UA Business card, as well as both personal and business versions of United Club cards with waived fee for the first year.
UA has somewhat devalued their points for redemptions, although not too much and it could have been worse. The largest devaluation came in the way of earning miles while flying, so miles from sign up bonuses have become the way to go lately.
Silly me thinking I would get those 75,000 points being over 5/24. I wasted a credit to get the rejection.
