Final Thoughts
If you had some flights that you were going to book on Alaska Airlines anyway then this is your lucky day. I would even consider booking them instead of my preferred airline, assuming the routing worked, for the 15% discount.
Getting $67.50 off a $450 flight is always a win in my book. Especially if you have the offer on your Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Sapphire Reserve card for the travel protections and bonus travel earning on the spend.
