Chase Travel Introduces Price Match Guarantee

Chase has started rolling out a new feature for its Chase Travel portal. Some Sapphire Reserve for Business cardmembers are now seeing a Price Match Guarantee for their hotel bookings.

This was first reported on reddit a couple of days ago, and we have also confirmed with Chase today. We were told that Chase Travel recently introduced Price Match Guarantee, which currently in beta to a select group of Sapphire Reserve for Business cardmembers.

Cardmembers part of this pilot who find a lower rate for a prepaid hotel booked through Chase Travel and meet the criteria can submit a claim within 24 hours and receive a refund for the price difference. It is working on The Edit bookings as well, based on early reports.

Chase said that the new feature will roll out to Sapphire Reserve consumer cardmembers, but they didn’t give us a timeline.
