Choice Hotels, Get Free Night After Two Stays
Choice Hotels has a promotion that can get you a free night after completing two stays in the next couple of months. Let’s look at the details.
The Offer
Stay two separate times between February 26, 2019 and April 26, 2019, and you can earn enough points (8,000) to redeem for a future FREE night at more than 1,000 hotels worldwide.
The wording is a bit tricky. You don’t really get 8,000 bonus points after two stays. Registered members will be awarded a minimum of 5,000 to a maximum of 8,000 bonus points after the second qualifying stay. The number of bonus points awarded depends on the number of base points earned from the two separate qualifying stays, with points varying by hotel. The total of base points plus bonus points awarded, however, will be at least 8,000 points.
Key Terms
- Registration is required prior to the check-out of your first stay
- Members will be awarded a minimum of 5,000 bonus points and a maximum of 8,000 bonus points, depending on the number of base points earned from the two stays
- Most stays are eligible to earn Choice Privileges points EXCEPT: rooms booked at rates below $40 USD per night, certain hotel initiated promotions, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends and family discount.
- You must set your earnings preference to Choice Privileges points in order to qualify
- Points should post within 72 hours after check-out
Conclusion
Nothing huge, but an added bonus for those who need any cheap stays. You can chose a Choice hotel and earn a free night with two stays. Just keep in mind that there’s some restrictions. Rooms under $40 per night don;t qualify for this promotion.
