Citi 25% Transfer Bonus for Leading Hotels of the World

Citi has launched a new transfer bonus for converting ThankYou points Leaders Club, the guest loyalty program of The Leading Hotels of the World. You can now get 25% more Leaders Club points. Let’s see the details.

The Offer

Limited Time Offer: Cardholders of participating Citi Cards can transfer ThankYou Points to Leaders Club and receive a 25% Bonus in Leaders Club Points. Offer is valid for Point Transfers to Leaders Club completed by 11:59 PM ET October 19, 2024.

With the added bonus, you get 250 Leaders Club Points for every 1,000 Citi ThankYou points that you transfer. You can transfer Citi ThankYou Points here.

Key Terms

  • Transfers are usually instant, however the process may take up to 5 business days.
  • Transfers require a minimum of 1,000 ThankYou Points, and are limited to a maximum of 500,000 ThankYou Points.

Conclusion

Leaders Club Points are quite valuable as you can get around 8 cents per point when redeeming for hotel stays. With a transfer ratio of 1000:250, it means that you can get a value of around 2 cents per point for your Citi ThankYou points.

This is the first time we see a transfer bonus for The Leading Hotels of the World. So take a moment and check out the program and see if you should transfer points during this promotion. Just keep in mind that these transfers are not reversible.
