Our Quick Review

The Citi American Airlines Executive card is a great way to gain access to Admirals Club lounges. It comes with an Admirals Club membership for the main cardholder plus up to 10 AUs get access while flying on AA as well. The ability to earn bonus loyalty points could be useful for some AA elites as well, although there may be better Citi cards for every day spend.
