Send Money Via Venmo or PayPal for Free with Amex Cards
American Express is offering cardholders a new option to send money or pay friends. You can now use eligible consumer cards to send money to any other US Venmo or PayPal use using your American Express credit card, without the Venmo or PayPal transaction fee. The new option is available with the latest app update. This doesn’t seem to be an option for business credit cards for now.

I went to sign up for a new Rakuten account using your link but it said the sign-up bonus is only $10, with a $40 bonus for the referrer. Just to confirm: are you sure the sign-up bonus is $40?
