December Bilt Rent Day
Bilt Rewards is one the newcomers in the world of loyalty programs, but it has already made a place for itself with valuable travel partners and innovative offerings.
Bilt Rewards also has a monthly Bilt Rent Day campaign created to reward the country’s 109 million renters. On the first of every month, Bilt Rent Day enables members to earn double points on non-rent purchases including dining, travel and all other spend, in addition to earning 1x points on rent when using the Bilt Mastercard issued by Wells Fargo. But this month they have extended this offer, plus there’s a 100% transfer bonus in addition to some of the regular offerings.
Update 12/1/22: This is the final day of the promotion / December’s rent day so get to spending!
Bilt Rent Day
Bilt’s next Rent Day will take place on December 1, but some benefits kick off much earlier, including:
Double Points Earnings
Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across all non-rent spend, from November 25 through December 1, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- ALL OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings up to 50,000 bonus points (up from the regular 10,000), and will also continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard.

IHG One Rewards 100% Transfer Bonus
On December 1st only, Bilt is offering a 100% transfer bonus to IHG One Rewards. That means for every Bilt Point transferred to IHG One Rewards, you will get 2 IHG points (100% more than you normally would at a 1:1 transfer rate). For example, transferring 20,000 Bilt Points would give you 40,000 IHG points.
To redeem, Bilt members must link their Bilt Rewards and IHG One Rewards accounts in the Bilt App on the “Rewards” tab under “Travel”. Bilt Blue members must transfer at least 2,000 Bilt Points while Bilt Silver, Gold and Platinum members can transfer a minimum of 1,000 Bilt Points. Points must be transferred in a single transfer on December 1, 2022 from 12:00am ET until 11:59pm PT.
SoulCycle BOGO
Bilt Rewards is partnering with SoulCycle once again to host another day of Rent Day Rides on December 1st at 56 SoulCycle locations nationwide. Members can book a class and receive a complimentary bike for a friend. Members can reserve the special-themed class via Soul-Cycle.com, SoulCycle app or directly through the Bilt Rewards app when booking opens on Monday, November 28 at noon ET. Riders will also receive Bilt and SoulCycle branded swag and giveaways.
Rent Day Challenge: Win a Month of Rent
Three lucky winners will have their next rent payment covered as they head into 2023. The giveaway will be open to Bilt members and non-members.
For your chance to win, submit your answer to this month’s Rent Day Riddle in the Bilt App on December 1st. Follow @BiltRewards on Instagram for extra clues.
One winner will be randomly selected and announced on 12/2.
Bilt Rent Day will launch with new offers each month, which can be accessed by downloading the Bilt Rewards App and opening the Bilt “Rent Day” tab leading up to the first of the month, or by visiting BiltRewards.com/RentDay.

With Bilt, a person can get up to 50k points a year (without a convenience fee) from rent.
Rent Day double-points can yield an extra 10k points each month / 120k points each year.
That’s 170k extra points per year . . . every year. And, no annual fee.
Now, transfer bonuses are coming into the picture.
And, there are people who piss and moan that it doesn’t have a sign-up bonus? I don’t get it.
