CardCash Hyatt Gift Card Sale

One of the best things about Hyatt is the ability to often obtain their gift cards at a discount in order to save on stays. CardCash today has yet another Hyatt gift card sale.

Purchase Hyatt Gift Cards at CardCash

Right now the vast majority of Hyatt gift cards are discounted by more than 23%. There’s no promo code required, the extra discount is already shown.

Terms

  • Expires: 5/30/2017 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • All CardCash promotions are valid until the expiration date written on the email.
  • Most promotions are not yet available on the app.
  • Maximum $3,000 per customer

5X with Chase Ink

Purchases from CardCash have been earning 5X Ultimate Rewards points if you pay with a Chase Ink Cash, Ink Bold or Ink Plus card through PayPal. That definitely sweetens the deal.

45 Day Guarantee Only!

CardCash only guarantees their cards for 45 days and they often have issues. Thus I would only purchase these if you have a use within the next 45 days. I’ve found their customer service to be really helpful within that time frame.

Conclusion

I personally am glad to see a steady supply of 20%+ discounts and 5X earning on Hyatt gift cards. As long as you are aware of the 45 day guarantee and protect yourself by only purchasing cards for trips coming up then this is a fantastic deal!

  1. Like others commented before, I too will stay away from this, even with 20% savings. The hassle is just not worth it. Just this weekend I tried using a Hyatt GC (physical card) I purchased a while back from Amazon, but sure enough it had been drained to $0. So many issues with Hyatt GCs (does not matter whether physical GC or eGC, both are being hacked) that I too will stay far away from this…

  2. Between the number of bad gift cards I’ve gotten from CardCash and the number of bad Hyatt cards I’ve read this about, this sounds like the perfect storm of a bad idea.

  3. Can’t wait for this site and cardcash to be sued (perhaps by hyatt, perhaps by someone else) for pushing a fraudulent scheme whereby legitimate buyers of Hyatt gift cards are hurt. I hope the cardcash commissions were worth it (but I doubt it). Good luck claiming ignorance; you know full well what is going on here.

  4. Buyer beware. Fraud everywhere with Hyatt gift cards. Big long thread on flyertalk about it. I’ve had quite a few hacked that I bought off these resale sites. Got my money back after a big hassle. Won’t touch them with a ten foot pole now. If you buy, use them immediately. If you buy them from a resale site Hyatt corp will NOT help at all. You must deal with the resale site…. choose carefully.

  5. so if I am staying at a hyatt place in Omaha and know I have a $750 bill upcoming for June 6-13, is there any downside to purchasing $900 worth of cards to cover the bill?
