Shop In-Store and Earn Amazon Credits with Alexa Shopping List Savings
If you are into maximizing rewards and cash back for your purchases, then shopping portals and apps are a great addition to your routine. Amazon has quietly joined the ranks of these apps that reward you for shopping in-store.
A new features, Alexa Shopping List Savings, quietly launched earlier this year. Alexa can help you get your shopping list ready, and in the app, you can also find offers to save on those purchases. The savings come in the form of Amazon credit that is sent directly to your gift card balance.
Alexa Shopping List Savings gives you rebate offers from brands and manufacturers through the Alexa app. These offers show up in the Alexa Shopping List section within the app and then can be used across any retail stores where you normally shop. They are brand specific.
Simply select any offer of interest to activate it, and visit your favorite store to buy the product. You can find details about any offer and its applicability by tapping on it. Once you’re done shopping, submit your receipts to get the qualifying rebate amount added to your Amazon gift card balance. You will need to submit your receipt as proof of purchase to secure your qualifying rebate amount.
To successfully process your redemption, your receipt must have the store name, location, date and time of purchase, total amount of receipt, and for the product(s) that relate to the offer, the quantity, price paid, and product name and description.
It can take up to one week for your receipt to be processed and paid to your Amazon Gift card account, but it’s usually processed within 48 hours.
