10K Southwest Miles Per Night When You Book Through SouthwestHotels

Southwest Airlines is offering up to 10,000 points per night on some hotel stays when you book through them. That should be worth at least $150 a night. The maximum 10K bonus can be earned only in a few very expensive properties. But you’ll also see 8K and 6K a night bonus points on more affordable hotels.

The Offer

Book your hotel with us and earn up to 10,000 points per night. Enter your Rapid Rewards® number when making a reservation! Start your booking at SouthwestHotels, which is a partnership with bookings.com.

Need to Know

When booking through third party websites, such as this one, you do not earn hotel points. In some chains you’ll also forfeit elite benefits such as Hilton.

Always compare rates before booking, either on other third party websites or directly on the hotel’s website. Sometime they’ll offer member rates that might be lower.

Companion Pass

SouthwestHotels bonus points should count towards the Southwest Companion Pass, the same way that portal points do, but we haven’t personally confirmed this. SouthwestHotels could be a great option to get extra points since credit card sign up bonuses usually leave you a few thousand points short os the 110K required for the Companion Pass.

Conclusion

This is similar to what RocketMiles offers and it is a nice discount. But make sure that you compare rates and that you know what you’re missing out on, when booking through a third party website. Also keep it in mind as an option to earn miles towards your Companion Pass.
