Conclusion
30% is a great rate if you’re a fan of cruises and you should be able to get a nice deal. 8% on hotels is also the best out there for Travelocity. With that said, still make sure to compare prices with other OTA or by booking direct.

I called both ebates and Travelocity.. travelocity had no idea what I was talking about and ebates said they monitor and adjust as needed.. Last night 7% was on the site and now 14% this morning. I am frustrated because the code was supposed to be good until the 23rd!
It showed up last night and I booked a prepaid $9K+ cruise via travelocity. It isn’t tracking yet, so I am a little concerned — in fact, since the cash back amount would be so high, I suspect ebates will claim some nonsense about “didn’t go through portal” (I did) or other bogus reason to avoid paying the cash back. We’ll see — I’m prepared to cancel/refund the cruise if necessary, since I can save $1800 off the “regular” travelocity price by booking through a travel agent. Thanks for the heads up, though — it was at least worth a try.

How do you get the 30% rebate on a cruise ? I have logged into ebates and the only thing I get is 7% off at travelocity.What am I missing/doing wrong?
I just logged onto my ebates account and do not see anything coming close to 30% for cruises.
