From comments in DoC’s post and Reddit (detailed instructions), it looks like you should be able to stack all these offers. But a test from our team didn’t yield an Amex Offer email. That still gives you a profit and a free Sam’s Club membership though, so still a great deal.

Did it.. membership canceled within two days. Card never posted the credit because the charge didn’t post. Now when I log on, I get an error message saying “This email is no longer associated with a valid Sam’s club membership”. Ah well… Guessing they are tracking offers.
