Surprise Reason for JetBlue Business Card Rejection – The Points of Life

What makes this rejection unique is because it was for a business card and they said there was too much available credit issued already.  That makes sense when you are talking about the 3 personal cards they have but usually banks seperate that from business credit.  Does Barclay combine the two?  Just another reason to pare down on sock drawer cards for simplicity’s sake and to improve your approval chances.

Amazon cuts Whole Foods prices for Prime members… – Reuters

If you shop at Whole Foods and are a Amazon Prime member this is very good news for you.

Dining at Ithaa, the underwater restaurant at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island – Dem Flyers

While I think the Maldives are the most over hyped thing in travel hacking there is one thing that has always interested me, the underwater restaurant.  This is a good look at what it would be like to have the place to yourself.  I am surprised they haven’t figured out a way to cool it better during the day…for that kind of money it is a little disappointing.  Because of that dinner is probably the better option.  Make sure to check out Michael’s article about thinking outside the box to earn some free Hilton points from the dinner.

The Ebay Paypal USPS 6 month tracking scam – Miles per Day

If you sell anything on eBay this is a MUST READ.  It is pretty shocking that this is allowed.  It means a little more work for us but you have been warned.  Keep good paperwork on your bigger sales.  I have dealt with eBay scammers myself but this scam is beyond belief.

I was never a huge fan of Yes2You rewards.  Hopefully the new program lets you redeem your rewards whenever you want instead of only when you earn $5 chunks.
