Here are the articles for this edition:

Lyft Introduces All-Access Membership Plan –  Doctor of Credit

The details of the program are still a little murky, seems like people are getting offered the plan at different prices.  Overall I think it is a bad deal since it is capped on the amount per ride and total rides per month.  You have to max it out every month to make it worth it.

Hyatt Free Night Award Hiccup – Double Duty Daddy

DDD shows that you can double up on award nights if you have two people with a Hyatt credit card.  He is even able to do it at a hotel with a 2 night minimum stay.

MoviePass CEO Expects to Top 5 Million Subscribers By 2019 – Variety

That would be some impressive growth if they were able to pull it off.  They had around 20,000 subscribers 6 months ago.  I think the recent controversy with the CEO may stagnate the growth some.  But, the value is so good that maybe this train can’t be stopped.  They predict that they will buy 20% of all movie tickets by the end of the year…insane!  You can read my review on MoviePass here.

As Basic Economy Expands Across the Atlantic, the Message Gets Muddled – Cranky Flier

I had never really thought about it but it does seem strange to have different rules for different flights within the airline.  It seems like they are still trying to figure out the best way to screw us.  It doesn’t seem like prices have dropped, basic economy has simply taken on the old economy price.

Gobank axed my account due to putting eyes on the account – Miles per Day

Another day another shut down story :).  I didn’t ever get into the Gobank game since I am easily able to get money orders but I know there are a lot of people who do.  Some key information in the write up if you use Gobank or are considering it.

If you have kids and enjoy bowling then check out PDX Deals Guys post on a deal that may save you some money this summer.  Your kids can bowl free from May-September.
