I guess the sky isn’t falling in Europe when it comes to Hilton Honors points.  The level of category 1 Hilton hotels may be shrinking in the US but they have expanded a little bit in Europe.  If you are able to make these hotels work for you then these hotels offer an amazing value. Hilton category 1 hotels offer the best deal in hotel travel hacking.  Hilton also offers the best premium card on the market…pair those two together and you are getting somewhere!

This is heartbreaking and it is terrible that no one is willing to do anything. I am not too surprised Sam’s Club didn’t do much since their online customer service department is PRETTY MUCH WORTHLESS.   MS and reselling comes with risks so be sure you are prepared for that risk before diving in.  I know Vinh is aware of those risks more than most…just be sure you are too.

Complete speculation at this point but it is interesting to ponder for sure.  Would Buffett make any changes if he took over Southwest?  Or would he be hands off?  Southwest seems to be on a little bit of a downward spiral when it comes to taking care of customers.  They are starting to get a little bit away from what set them apart for all of these years.

How hard is it to make sure you don’t make a mistake involving a dog for a little while?  You would think that everyone would be on high alert right now.  I am thinking a change at the top happens soon…way too many negative stories over the last year.
