Here are the articles for this edition:
A Day in the Life of a United Flight Attendant – Business Insider
I always find articles that go behind the scenes of a flight attendants life fascinating. Particularly ones about about their crash pads and living situations, life away from the airport. This article focuses more on the daily duties of a flight attendant. It is a lifestyle that I could probably never live but I do enjoy reading about other’s experiences.
British billionaire Branson, partners buy Hard Rock Hotel – Las Vegas Review Journal
A lot of shake ups in Las Vegas lately. Wynn is out in Vegas and Branson is in. It sounds like these are the final days of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Vegas. Branson plans on changing it over to a Virgin branded property. It is sad and exciting at the same time. I am sure whatever he does he will do it with style.
How to save over 50% with the Nashville Total Access Pass – BaldThoughts
I think these city access passes can save you a decent amount of money if you were planning on hitting multiple attractions during your trip. A good look at Nashville’s version and the city as a whole. It is on my list to visit for sure!
Losing at Least $5,000 via Manufactured Spend – Million Mile Guy
There are some serious downfalls when dealing with MS or reselling. So be cautious and be organized. When you are getting into the 100’s of thousands of dollars per month realm every little mistake means thousands of dollars out the window.
Reader – Chase shut me down for applying for the Iberia card – Miles per Day
Chase isn’t messing around anymore. Something to consider when going for that next Chase card if you have been hitting the applications hard lately. Bank of America has been cracking down and now Chase…it is getting tough out there. I considered this when applying for the IHG card before all of the links vanished and the new card was released. I haven’t been applying as much lately, successfully at least, so I thought I would be ok. A risk for sure but one I was okay taking.
