Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy Promotion
Marriott has launched a new promotion for Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy which is probably the best they have offered so far. You can earn a bonus of 50,000 points when you register now and book a stay of 2 nights or more. But there’s a catch. You need to spend over $2,500 and must be a Marriott Bonvoy Elite. Let’s see the details.
The Offer
Book a stay with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy and earn a bonus of 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points:
- Must be a Marriott Bonvoy Elite (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium, Ambassadors)
- Must register by May 10, 2024.
- Book by May 10, 2024, on stays through December 31, 2024.
- Stay must be 2+ nights and must spend a minimum of $2,500 USD (or foreign currency equivalent)
Key Terms
- Members earn five (5) base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all Qualifying Charges incurred and paid for by the Member through the HVMB Platform.
- Charges that do not qualify for Points include, but are not limited to, taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services purchased and/or applied to home rentals booked through the HVMB Platform.
- Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.
- Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.
- Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion.
- Award redemption stays where Points are redeemed for a portion of, or the entire stay are not eligible for the promotion.
- No points are awarded for cancellation or no-show
Conclusion
This is one of the best promotions that we have seen for Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays and it is being offered as a celebration of its 5-year anniversary. A 50,000 points bonus for a stay is pretty good, but you need to stay at least 2 nights and spend $2,500 or more. So a cheap two-night stay will not work.
