I’m a Globalist and tried the link twice (yesterday and today), and get the (sad trombone) reply…
We’re Sorry
You are ineligible for this offer.
I see how it is, Hyatt.
I think if you have Hyatt reservations already, like me (15 nights), you do not get the offer!
Wow, so anyone targeted staying at a tier 1 property redeeming reward points could in theory spend 50,000 points (or less if you can manage to find some off peak award nights) for 10 nights and get 30,000 of them back?
Nope- says not eligible. Bummer as I have several upcoming Hyatt stays. I’m globalist with over 80 eligible nights so far this year so maybe they are targeting people who are less frequent guests to stimulate bookings.
I’m also a Globalist and I’m currently sitting at 65 nights for the year and have exactly 10 upcoming nights already booked through the end of the year. I was eligible for the promo so I’m not sure how they are targeting this promo.
My wife also received the email, has no status and only 6 nights on the year.
