IHG has launched a new flash sale, offering 25% discount for IHG One Rewards members. You must book by February 26 for stays through the end of April. Let’s look at the details of this offer.

The Offer

Save big on your spring holiday away. Members save 25% (everyone else can save 20%) for a limited time. Book 17–26 February 2026 for stays 20 February – 30 April 2026 at participating hotels across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Important Terms

• The ‘2026 Flash Sale Promotional Offer’ is a valid discount off participating hotel’s Best Flexible Rate (BFR), as determined by the participating hotel in its sole discretion, the BFR rate is an unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discounted rate.
• Blackout dates apply and rooms are subject to availability. Certain room types may be excluded from the rate.
• IHG® Army Hotels and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts are excluded from the ‘2026 Flash Sale Promotional Offer’. Visit your hotel’s website for exact details.
• Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of your check-in date.
• No deposit is required for bookings made more than 7 days of arrival. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival require one night deposit.
• One night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
• For hotels in the state of California only: (IHG One Rewards Members and Non-Members) can cancel a reservation for hotel accommodation within 24-hours after the reservation is confirmed, if the reservation is made 72-hours or more before the time of check-in.
