JetBlue Sale: 15% Off Award Flights…With a Catch

JetBlue launched a sale yesterday that is giving members 15% off of award flights.  This sale lasts until tomorrow but there is one major catch, it doesn’t include Friday, Saturday or Sunday flights.

Details

The details of the offer are as follows:

  • 15% off award flights booked by April 25th 11:59 PM EST
  • For travel from April 29th – June 20th
  • Blackout from May 22-28
  • Travel must be Monday-Thursday (no weekend flights)
  • The fare will automatically show the discount – no code needed

Conclusion

I was excited when I first saw the email headline from JetBlue until I saw the terms.  Excluding weekend travel makes this not all that interesting for most people.  It could be useful for some families for an early summer vacation though.  Too bad JetBlue doesn’t fly to London just yet, although that probably would have been excluded too.
